Refunds & Attendance Terms

Effective: [9/10/2025] · Applies to team registrations for live, instructor-led sessions delivered by [Computer Software Training.com].


Refunds

All sales are final; no cash refunds. By completing checkout, you agree that team registrations are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I didn’t learn anything”).


Rosters & Access

  • No roster edits after purchase. Calendar invites are sent immediately to the email addresses submitted at checkout.

  • Seat usage is per seat, not per name. If an originally invited attendee cannot join, the purchaser may forward the join link internally so another employee can use that seat.

  • Accuracy of emails: Please double-check attendee emails before paying. We do not resend invites or edit rosters after purchase. If an invited attendee cannot join, the purchaser may forward the original invite from their calendar internally.

  • Group Viewing & Unauthorized Access: Registrations are per seat, per person. Sharing access with additional unregistered attendees—including projecting the session in a classroom, conference room, or group setting—is not permitted under a single-seat purchase. Organizations requiring group participation must purchase the appropriate number of seats in advance.


Organizer Changes

If [Computer Software Training.com] cancels or significantly delays a session for reasons within its control, the session will either be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of [Computer Software Training.com]. The rescheduled date and time will be determined and communicated by [Computer Software Training.com].


Technical Disruptions & Internet Connectivity

[Computer Software Training.com] delivers all sessions through Microsoft Teams Webinar, supported by Frontier Internet (fiber optic). This setup provides enterprise-grade video delivery and one of the most reliable internet connections available worldwide.

  • While rare, internet or platform disruptions can occasionally occur. If the instructor temporarily loses connectivity, the session will resume as soon as the connection is restored. Attendees should remain in the webinar until the instructor rejoins.

  • If a disruption prevents the instructor from completing the session, the class will be rescheduled at no additional charge. The rescheduled date and time will be determined by [Computer Software Training.com] and communicated to all original registrants.

  • Refunds will not be issued solely due to internet or platform disruptions. The remedy for a disrupted session is rescheduling and re-attendance.

  • In the unlikely event a session cannot be rescheduled, [Computer Software Training.com] will offer a refund at its discretion.

By registering, you acknowledge that live online training relies on internet connectivity and agree that rescheduling constitutes full remedy for any technical disruption.


Recording & Materials

If recording or materials are provided, they are shared only with the purchasing organization. Do not redistribute without permission.


What’s Included / Not Included

What’s Included (for every class)

  • Live, instructor-led online training session on the listed topic

  • Agenda and learning objectives as shown on the class page

  • Q&A time as allowed by the schedule

  • Any materials only if stated on the class page (e.g., handouts, example files, recording)

What’s Not Included

  • Custom consulting, done-for-you work, or implementation beyond the live session

  • Access to your internal systems or data

  • Post-class support beyond what’s stated on the class page

  • Software licenses or subscriptions

  • Outcome guarantees — results depend on attendee participation, engagement, and meeting any prerequisites. Dissatisfaction with personal learning outcomes is not grounds for refund or rescheduling.


Class-Specific Extras

If a class offers extras (e.g., downloads or recordings), they’ll be listed on that class’s page. If not listed, assume the default inclusions above.
