Classroom Code of Conduct

Effective: [9/10/2025] · Applies to all live, instructor-led, webinar sessions delivered by [Computer Software Training.com].

By joining a session, you agree to follow this Code so everyone can learn productively. Violations may result in muting, feature limits, or removal without refund or credit.

Expectations

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language.
  2. Stay on topic. Do not derail discussions; avoid spam in chat/Q&A and interruptions.
  3. No solicitation. No pitching services, recruiting, or collecting attendee info for marketing.
  4. Follow host controls. Hosts may mute, limit chat/Q&A, restrict screen sharing, or adjust participation to keep the session productive.
  5. Confidentiality. Do not share other attendees’ questions or internal examples outside your organization without permission.
  6. No unauthorized recording. Recordings/materials are provided only by [Computer Software Training.com] (if applicable). Do not record or redistribute without written permission.
  7. Competitor conduct. Observation is welcome; disruptive behavior, hostile probing, or attempts to elicit proprietary information will result in removal.
  8. Enforcement. We may mute, limit features, or remove any attendee at our discretion to protect the class. No refunds or credits are issued for removals due to conduct violations.

Host Settings We May Use

  • Lobby and mute on entry
  • Attendees cannot share screen unless permitted
  • Chat/Q&A may be limited to hosts or disabled if disruptive
  • Removal of participants who violate this Code
  • Recording restricted to host only (if recording is enabled)
