Classroom Code of Conduct
Effective: [9/10/2025] · Applies to all live, instructor-led, webinar sessions delivered by [Computer Software Training.com].
By joining a session, you agree to follow this Code so everyone can learn productively. Violations may result in muting, feature limits, or removal without refund or credit.
Expectations
- Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language.
- Stay on topic. Do not derail discussions; avoid spam in chat/Q&A and interruptions.
- No solicitation. No pitching services, recruiting, or collecting attendee info for marketing.
- Follow host controls. Hosts may mute, limit chat/Q&A, restrict screen sharing, or adjust participation to keep the session productive.
- Confidentiality. Do not share other attendees’ questions or internal examples outside your organization without permission.
- No unauthorized recording. Recordings/materials are provided only by [Computer Software Training.com] (if applicable). Do not record or redistribute without written permission.
- Competitor conduct. Observation is welcome; disruptive behavior, hostile probing, or attempts to elicit proprietary information will result in removal.
- Enforcement. We may mute, limit features, or remove any attendee at our discretion to protect the class. No refunds or credits are issued for removals due to conduct violations.
- Questions & appeals. Contact [support@computersoftwaretraining.com]. We review good-faith concerns promptly.
